Thank you for your interest in the Beech 18 On Floats. This aircraft started her life in 1952 as a C-45 Expeditor- a navigator trainer in the Royal Canadian Air Force. After 14 years of military life our Beech 18 began working for commercial operators in Canada. Superior Airways fitted her with floats in the 80′s or 90′s, and she was sold to an American company in 1999. Sheble Aviation brought her to Fort Mohave Arizona in 2007 from Minnesota; a logistical challenge highlighted by Airport Journals.
Today this amazing piece of history continues to fly over the Colorado River several times a week. She is available for multi engine seaplane flight training and video production. For more information about any of our programs please visit the Sheble Aviation web site.
